The Hack range has a 10-year development history that has left an indelible mark on the history of padel. A leader in sales and the bearer of a revolutionary approach, the Hack was always a standard of raw power. Now it redefines its playing experience with a new concept: Dynamic Power. Dynamic power is defined as the power generated through the speed created by the player’s movement, transforming kinetic energy into powerful and precise impacts. Material and Construction

The external face is constructed from TriCarbon 18K, a high-performance carbon fiber developed by Bullpadel from 18K ultralight filaments of smaller diameter, integrated into a tridirectional architecture designed to optimise the mechanical behaviour of the hitting surface. This configuration increases structural efficiency and improves the capacity to work under combined stresses of flexion, torsion, and compression that occur during high-demand impacts. The result is a material with elevated specific rigidity that delivers a firm response with an intermediate to hard feel, ideal for advanced and professional players who seek high-performance materials that generate maximum kinetic energy from every swing and convert it into explosive ball power on the court.

The internal core uses MultiEVA, a sandwich structure composed of three EVA foam layers at varying densities. The two stiffer outer layers maximise power and deliver a quick decisive response on explosive attacking shots, while the softer inner layer acts as a shock-absorbing core that increases comfort and reduces vibrations. Hack Core is the new generation heart of the Hack 05, developed using an open biaxial airflow channel geometry that substitutes the traditional solid vertical reinforcement with a more efficient structural solution capable of redistributing rigidity across two lateral supports and freeing material in the central zone. This configuration reduces mass at a key point for manoeuvrability, enabling a faster and more agile movement without compromising stability or solidity on impact. The central opening generates a cleaner biaxial airflow through the structure, reducing aerodynamic resistance during the swing and contributing to a smoother and more efficient acceleration. The result is a racket that combines better handling, greater execution speed, and a stable structure capable of transforming that acceleration into a more powerful and decisive response.

ExoAir is the second generation of the ExoFrame structural architecture, developed by Bullpadel-Lab alongside Paquito Navarro for the Hack 05. This aerodynamic profile taken to the extreme features wider air channels that improve airflow and reduce the aerodynamic resistance of the racket on every swing, making every movement faster and more efficient. This improvement has been made possible through a double reinforcement integrated into the frame that provides the structural stability needed to ensure that all that speed is converted into power at the moment of impact. Air Power is the second generation of the Air React Channel system, enlarging the channel on the lower side of the frame by 50 percent. This optimises airflow during the swing, reduces aerodynamic drag, and improves racket head speed for faster and more explosive attacking play.

Smart Holes uses an optimised hole pattern across the face that balances face rigidity and flexibility in the right zones, supporting the Dynamic Power concept by ensuring the TriCarbon 18K face responds with consistent and precise power output on every contact.

Hesacore grip integrates an ergonomic honeycomb grip design that maximises the contact surface between the hand and the handle, allowing fingers to rest naturally on the concave faces.
