Returns & Exchanges

To return your product , you should send an email to [email protected] and we will send you the courier within 2 business days(courier fees of 20 AED will be deducted from your refund).

· For UAE residents. Our policy for return up to 7 days from the moment your order is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

· Women underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.

· To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If your return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

· Please note that we won’t be able to cancel your order and make a refund once we shipped your parcel.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

· If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

· Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

· Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

· We will replace items for FREE if they are defective ,damaged or we send wrong item. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at [email protected] and our operation team will be in touch for the next process.
