Material and Construction

The hitting face is constructed from Carbon 12K, achieved by interlacing carbon tapes both vertically and horizontally in a precise and compact weave. This construction delivers significantly greater rigidity in a thinner and approximately 25 percent lighter carbon construction, reducing the overall weight of the racket without losing any of the stiffness or durability that professional players demand. Technology Explanation

The XTREM Surface is the defining new technology of this limited edition, representing an evolution of the rough silica sand surface finish applied to the outermost layer of the face. The enhanced roughness of the XTREM Surface generates even greater friction between the ball and the racket at the moment of contact compared to standard rough surface treatments, producing more aggressive and precise spin effects on lifted, cut, and angled shots that give players an additional weapon of unpredictability and control over the ball.

The Dynamic Composite Structure applies additional material from the frame inward to a depth of four centimetres into the face, eliminating the perceptible difference in stiffness between the frame and the face.
